(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00). If the offender has been previously convicted of a violation of this chapter within the same calendar year, he shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor, and fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense and the mandatory minimum fines shall be assessed for each separate day of conviction. The Court shall not suspend any portion of the mandatory minimum fines.
(b) Criminal remedies available under this chapter are in addition to and not in replacement of other remedies available to the City under this chapter.
