1759.03 FEES FOR SERVICE AND RETURN.

Any police officer, employee of the City Health Commissioner, or the City Clerk may make service and return of the notice provided for in Section 1759.02 and shall be allowed the same fee as that provided for service and return of summons in civil cases before a magistrate.
