1747.15 ACCUMULATION OF LUMBER, BARRELS, BOTTLES AND THE LIKE AND FIREWOOD; ELEVATED AND STACKED.
   (a)    No person shall permit to accumulate on any premises, improved or vacant, or on any open lot or alley in the City any lumber, boxes, barrels, bottles, cans, containers or similar materials that may be permitted to remain thereon unless they are placed on open racks that are elevated not less than twelve inches above the ground and evenly piled or stacked.
   (b)    No person shall permit to accumulate on any premises, improved or vacant, or on any open lot or alley in the City any firewood that is not stored in one of the following ways:
      (l)    On concrete slabs, blacktop, asphalt or macadam surfaces; provided, however, that any such concrete slabs, blacktop, asphalt or macadam surfaces on which firewood is stored shall be in a good and unbroken condition; or
      (2)    On attached elevated porches in good and unbroken condition.
   (c)    All firewood shall be evenly piled and stacked and shall not exceed sixty inches in height.
