The standard of purity for the sale of any meat or meat products of any cattle, calf, sheep, goat or swine, within the City limits, shall be determined by the minimum requirements of the rules and regulations of the United States Bureau of Animal Industry of the United States Department of Agriculture and of the rules and regulations of the Bureau of Meat and Dairy Inspection and the ordinances of the City of Cincinnati, Ohio.
