As used in this chapter:
(a) "Dogs" means dogs of either sex more than three months of age.
(b) “Inoculation” means the administration of an anti-rabic vaccine, the method and administration of which has been approved by the Board of Health.
(c) "Veterinarian" means any person licensed to practice the profession of veterinary medicine in the State.
(d) "Harboring" means permitting any dog to remain and be lodged and fed in one's home or enclosure.
