Any person, firm, association, or corporation opening, conducting, managing or maintaining a boarding home for the aged and/or physically or mentally, emotionally or developmentally disabled, or chemically dependent without a valid registration therefor as provided in this chapter, or in violation of any of the terms and provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
