1335.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of the City of Norwood Property Maintenance Code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day that a violation continues after the City provides notice pursuant to Sections 1331.09(b), 1331.09(c), and 1331.09(d) shall be deemed a separate offense.

(b) Whoever fails to comply with orders and notices shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day that a violation continues after the City provides notice pursuant to Sections 1331.09(b), 1331.09(c), and 1331.09(d) shall constitute a separate offense.
