Any person being the owner, agent, or having control of any building or premises, who fails to obtain a Vacant Building Maintenance License pursuant to Section 1325.08 or violates any provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day such violation continues after receipt of a violation notice shall be considered a separate offense.
