1315.99 PENALTY.

(a) Section 113.4 of the Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two, and Three-Family Dwellings shall be amended to read as follows: Whoever violates any provision of the City of Norwood Residential Building Code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day that a violation continues after notice is provided under Sections 1305.10(c) and 1305.10(d) shall be deemed a separate offense.

(b) Whoever fails to comply with orders and notices issued under this Code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day that a violation continues after notice is provided under Sections 1305.10(c) and 1305.10(d) shall constitute a separate offense.
