1315.04 REFERENCE CODES.

The Reference Standards contained in Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two, and Three-Family Dwellings shall be considered part of the requirements of this Code to the prescribed extent of each such reference. If differences occur between the provisions of this Code and the Referenced Standards, the stricter standard or code section shall apply.
