In accordance with the Ohio Revised Code there is hereby adopted the Ohio Building Code (OBC) as published by the International Code Council, Inc. and as modified by the State of Ohio and the Ohio Board of Building Standards. The most recent edition, 2007 is hereby adopted and incorporated as if fully rewritten herein. Future editions of this Code as published by the International Code Council, Inc. and adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards are adopted as they are published and adopted, except for modifications as are presently designated herein and as may be further modified by the City in the future. All other ordinances adopted by the City of Norwood remain in effect.
