Any person being the owner, agent or having control of any building or premises, including any individual, partnership, firm or corporation, who violates any provision of the Norwood Building Code (NBC), or fails to conform to any of the provisions thereof, or fails to obey any order of the Building Commissioner or his duly authorized agent, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day on which such person continues to violate the provisions of the NBC after having been notified of such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
