(a) The owner of a building or structure or any person who is directly affected may appeal from an adjudication order to a board of appeals. Application for appeal may be made when it is claimed that: the true intent of Norwood Building Code (NBC) or the rules legally adapted thereunder have been incorrectly interpreted, the provisions of NBC do not fully apply, or an equally good or better form of construction can be used.
(b) Two different boards of appeal are established; Ohio Board of Building Appeals and the Norwood Board of Building Appeals.
