"College, university or seminary" means an institution of higher education, including teaching and research, and offering a course of general studies leading to advanced academic degrees; which may include related facilities such as, but not limited to, classroom buildings; libraries; laboratories; dormitories (except when specifically prohibited); administration; physical plant; dining hall; campus center; theater; student gymnasium, stadium, field house.
