Alarm receiving equipment approved by the Communications Officer compatible with and capable of proper activation of the City owned annunciator panel, shall be installed, maintained and interconnected to the City's terminals by the City at the subscriber’s expense. Responsibility of proper operation, maintenance and functioning of all equipment, including leased lines and excluding only the City owned equipment is to be assumed by the subscriber or the alarm company providing the detecting and receiving equipment and maintenance service.
