(a) The Communications Center reserves the right to terminate alarm service, for any cause, after thirty days notice to the subscriber. The Center reserves the right to increase fees after ninety days notice to the subscriber.
(b) The Center shall monitor the system and provide immediate response to an alarm activation as shall be predetermined between the Center and the subscriber. The Center shall provide maintenance of the City owned annunciator panel and terminals only. Alarm service termination shall be provided to approved applicants only on a space - available basis and only on City panels. When existing terminations are fully occupied, applicants shall be notified, and may elect to remain on a waiting list until facilities can be provided.
