(a) There shall be a one time installation service fee of one hundred and thirty dollars ($130.00) for the connection.

(b) An annual monitor fee of six hundred dollars ($600.00) shall be payable in advance with no right of return of any or part of the fee if the service is terminated by the subscriber during the calendar year. This monitor fee shall be pro-rated at fifty dollars ($50.00) for each month, including the month of application remaining in the calendar year for those subscribers entering the system other than for a full calendar year.

(c) There shall be a false alarm fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per incident for any false alarm attributed to either defective alarm equipment or subscriber negligence, after the first false alarm per calendar year. This section applies to all alarm service provided by alarm companies.

(d) The one time termination fee of one hundred thirty dollars ($130.00) and the monthly monitor fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each month remaining in the calendar year including the month of application is due and payable within ten days of the date the Communications Center gives notice of approval of the application. Failure to receive the fee within ten days shall constitute a voluntary withdrawal of the application.
Succeeding annual billing shall be in July of each year and an annual fee of six hundred dollars ($600.00) shall be payable within thirty days of the billing date. Failure to pay within thirty days shall cause an immediate cancellation of service by the Communications Center. No part of any charge or fee is returnable if the service is terminated by the subscriber during the calendar year.

(e) Direct telephone fees for the Fire-Police Emergency Reporting System shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00) per month. All connecting fees shall be paid by the subscriber for the services of the Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company. Such fees shall be billed each July 1, payable in advance.
