Any financial institution or business establishment that is located within the geographical boundaries of the City that the Communications Center has the responsibility of dispatching service and whose application is approved by the Communications Officer shall be eligible for alarm service termination. The Communications Officer reserves the right to reject any application for termination of alarm service.
