933.08 VIOLATIONS.
   (a)    Any person licensed to make connections with the public sewers in the City, who violates any provision of this chapter, shall be fined according to Section 933.99 hereof and their license shall be revoked.
 
   (b)    Whoever makes or permits to be made, on or adjoining his premises, any connection with any public sewer in the City, except in manner and form as prescribed in this chapter, or whoever makes or attempts to make, any sewer connection without being licensed, shall be fined according to Section 933.99.
 
   (c)    Each day intervening between the making of a connection with any public sewer and compliance with any of the provisions hereof shall be deemed a separate offense, and punished accordingly.
 
   (d)    No owner, or any person in possession of premises into which a pipe or other connection with the public sewers or drains has been laid for the purpose of carrying off excrement from privies or water closets, slops from the kitchens or for other purposes shall allow the same to remain without good and perfect fixtures or without fixtures for supplying water and the proper connections thereto, and whoever fails or neglects to provide the fixtures shall be fined according to Section 933.99.
 
   (e)    Whoever throws or deposits any butcher's offal, garbage, stone, wood, straw, rags or any other article or obstruction of any kind into any basin, tank, manhole, sewer, ditch or drain in the City, or breaks, injures, removes or in any manner interferes with any tank, catch basin, manhole cover or any part of any sewer or its appurtenances, or obstructs in any manner any inlet or outlet of any sewer or drain shall be fined according to Section 933.99.
 
   (f)   The Director of Public Service shall forthwith file complaint with the Mayor against any person who has, to his knowledge, been probably guilty of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter. Failure to do so shall subject him to removal from office.
 
   (g)    The Mayor shall have no power to either remit or suspend any of the penalties herein prescribed.
