Authorized employees of the Water Department shall have the right, at any reasonable time, to enter any premises where a meter is installed, for the purpose of reading, examining or testing the same on the premises, or for the purpose of removing the same from the premises for examination, test, repair or replacement. Should authorized City employees be denied entrance to such property after providing notice to property owner, the Water Department shall have the right to shut water off at the curb.
