Any individual, partnership, firm or corporation or any member thereof who seeks to obtain a permit for cleaning, repairing, servicing or doing any work whatsoever on water service lines within the City limits shall submit in writing a sketch of the location, street number, size of lot, number of lot and subdivision in which such lot is platted, together with the statement setting forth the definite type or manner of work, material etc., that is to be furnished, or done on the water service line.
