"Water service lines" means any lead, copper, brass, iron, steel or other conducting container now or hereafter connected to the ferrule cock in the water mains and extending from the connection into a residence flat building, business or industrial property or for any other use, purpose, form or nature whatsoever within the corporate limits of the City.
