767.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is specified, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   For the habitual violation of the provisions of this chapter the City Auditor, upon recommendation of the Director of Public Safety shall revoke the driver’s license.
