The Director of Public Safety shall have continuing jurisdiction as to licenses granted hereunder. In the event of misconduct or acts on the part of a licensed driver which show him to be an unsuitable person to drive a public vehicle or which would be sufficient to justify the refusal of a license in the case of an original applicant, the Director may notify the City Auditor, who shall revoke a license already granted.
