767.10 IDENTIFICATION CARD.

At the time of the issuance of a driver's license, the City Auditor shall also issue an identification card, upon which shall be affixed one of the photographs filed with the Director of Public Safety. The identification card shall be displayed at all times by the licensee when he is driving a taxicab or auto for hire.
