As used in this chapter:
(a) "Director" means the Director of Public Safety.
(b) "Drivers license" means the license required under this chapter to operate taxicabs and autos for hire.
(c) "Taxicab" or "auto for hire" means any taxicab or auto for hire licensed or required to be licensed by the City.
