763.25 REVOCATION OF LICENSE FOR MISREPRESENTATION.

Whenever it appears upon investigation and hearing by the Director of Public Safety that a license issued hereunder has been obtained by misrepresentation, the Director shall notify the City Auditor of such fact and the Auditor shall thereupon revoke or suspend the license.
