763.23 PASSENGER CARRYING FOR HIRE BY OTHER VEHICLES PROHIBITED.

The carrying of passengers as a business for compensation by any vehicle that does not comply with the provisions of this chapter is hereby prohibited. Public vehicles that are not permitted to carry passengers as a business under this chapter may bring passengers into the City, but may not pick up any passengers for any destination or accept any business within the City.
