The rate of fare for use of taxicabs operating under franchise granted by the City shall be as follows:
For the first one-seventh mile | $1.10 |
For each additional two-sevenths mile | 0.30 |
Waiting time, per hour | 6.00 |
Provided, that the initial charge or meter trip shall not exceed one dollar and ten cents ($1.10) and each succeeding charge or meter drop shall not exceed thirty cents ($0.30).
