763.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person operating motor vehicles exclusively within the territorial limits of the City or within such limits and the territorial limits of municipal corporations immediately contiguous to the City shall operate a public vehicle or taxicab, without having obtained a license to do so as provided by this chapter.
