(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(b) A conviction under this chapter or any ordinance or law of the State for an offense growing out of or connected with the business of a junk dealer, by the person holding a license under this chapter shall cause such license to be void and shall render the person so convicted ineligible for such license.
