It shall be the duty of any member of the Police Department of the City to arrest the proprietor, lessee, manager or person in control of such variety show, performance, circus, sideshow, public show, place of amusement, entertainment or exhibition, on view with or without warrant, and for the purpose of making such arrest, the officers are authorized to enter any building or enclosure within the limits of the City, where any unlicensed theatrical exhibition, moving picture show, variety show, performance, circus, sideshow, public show, place of amusement, entertainment or exhibition is being conducted.
