Whoever violates any provision of Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day during or on which the public dance occurs or the public dance hall or roller skating rink or arena remains in operation without a permit shall constitute a separate offense. Each day of operation without a permit is expressly declared to constitute a public nuisance and shall cease operation. In addition to other applicable penalties, the court may suspend or revoke or the offender's privilege to obtain subsequent permits may be suspended or revoked for a period not to exceed two years.
