The proprietor or manager of every public dance hall, public dance, or skating rink or arena shall post in three conspicuous places within the skating rink or dance hall a copy of the Norwood City ordinance establishing curfew (Chapter 530 of the Codified Ordinance). The Clerk of Council shall provide the copies of the ordinance upon request at no charge. Each such copy of the ordinance shall be accessible to the patrons of the facility and shall be posted in such a way that it is easily readable in its entirety.
