747.13 SECURITY GUARD REQUIRED DURING CERTAIN HOURS OF OPERATION; DUTY TO REPORT PARKING VIOLATIONS TO POLICE DEPARTMENT.
    (a)    The owner, proprietor or manager of a skating rink open and operating during the hours of 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., shall be responsible for providing one security guard on the premise and an additional security guard for each 100 patrons. The security guards shall remain on the premises and on duty at all times during any period between 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. that the skating rink is open and operating.
   (b)    The owner, operator or manager of the skating rink shall require the security guard to patrol both the indoor and outdoor portions of the premises on a regular basis during all hours of operation between 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.
   (c)    The owner, operator or manager of a skating rink that is open and operating during the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. shall require the security guard on duty to report to such owner, operator or manager any vehicles parked in fire lanes and other no parking zones abutting or adjacent to the skating rink premises. The owner, operator or manager shall immediately cause such vehicles to be moved out of such fire lanes or no parking zones. If he is unable to cause such vehicles to be moved, he shall immediately contact the Norwood Police Department and report the parking violations.
   (d)    The owner, operator, or manager of a public dance or public dance hall shall be responsible for providing one security guard on the premise and an additional security guard for each 100 patrons. The security guards shall remain on the premises and on duty at all times during the dance or while the dance hall is open. The owner, operator or manager of the public dance or public dance hall shall require the security guard to patrol both the indoor and outdoor portions of the premises on a regular basis during all hours of operation. The owner, operator or manager shall require the security guard on duty to report to such owner, operator or manager any vehicles parked in fire lanes and other no parking zones abutting or adjacent to the public dance or public dance hall premises. The owner, operator or manager shall immediately cause such vehicles to be moved out of such fire lanes or no parking zones.
