747.12 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND INTOXICATED PERSONS PROHIBITED AT PUBLIC DANCES, PUBLIC DANCE HALLS AND SKATING RINKS WHICH ADMIT UNCHAPERONED MINORS.
     (a)    For purposes of this chapter: "minors" are persons under eighteen years of age; and "unchaperoned minors" are minors who are not accompanied by a parent or other adult responsible for that minor.
   (b)    No person who is the proprietor or manager of any public dance, public dance hall or skating rink which admits unchaperoned minors into the premises shall permit or allow the use of any alcoholic beverage or the presence of intoxicated persons in the dance hall or skating rink; nor shall he permit alcoholic beverages or intoxicated persons on the premises on which the dance hall or skating rink is located.
