The decision of Council regarding the refusal to issue, renew, and the suspension or revocation of, a pubic dance, public dance hall, or roller skating rink or arena permit shall be pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter, and shall be a final administrative order appealable to a court of competent jurisdiction.
