747.02 PERMIT REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall hold a public dance or operate a public dance hall or provide similar entertainment in the City without first obtaining a permit therefore from the Safety-Service Director.

(b) No person shall operate a public roller skating rink or arena in the City without first obtaining a permit therefore from the Safety-Service Director.
