The City Auditor shall issue to each person obtaining a license as studio photographer a license certificate which shall be prominently displayed in the studio of the studio photographer. The Auditor shall likewise issue to each person licensed as an itinerant photographer a certificate of license, which certificate shall at all times be carried by the itinerant photographer while engaged in his business actively, and shall be displayed on demand of any prospective customer or on demand of any police officer of the City.
