No person shall engage in the business of itinerant photographer without first having obtained a license to do so as hereinafter provided. Application for the license shall be made to the City Auditor. If he is satisfied that the applicant is of good moral character, he shall issue a license for the calendar year, or any part thereof, upon payment of one hundred dollars ($100.00). When one or more persons are employed in soliciting orders for such photographs, or in taking such photographs, a separate license shall be obtained for each person.
