743.02 LICENSE EXCEPTIONS.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to apply to amateur photographers taking pictures not for pay or to persons engaged solely in the business of photographing persons, objects or scenes for news agencies or for scientific, educational, fact finding or entertainment purposes.
