For the purpose of this chapter:
(a) "Studio photographers" means every person maintaining a studio within the City for the purpose of taking therein, personally or through his or its agents or employees, the photographs of persons who present themselves at such studio, and who shall be accepted by such photographer, and every person, maintaining in any one established place within the City, complete equipment for the taking of photographs, including all finishing process, whether the photographs are taken inside or outside of the place.
(b) “Itinerant photographer" means every person, his agents and employees, who solicit orders for photographs, photographic enlargements or photographic reproductions, but who do not maintain regularly and permanently a bona fide studio in the City for the taking, enlargement or reproduction of pictures or photographs.
