Peddlers or hawkers of produce, fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, game, poultry, oysters, groceries, dairy products or goods or articles of any kind from vehicles drawn by animal or motive power, and those selling goods from hand carts or packs carried by two or more persons, shall pay a license fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per year.
