739.02 LICENSE NONTRANSFERABLE; EXCEPTION.

Licenses issued under the provisions of this chapter shall not be in any manner assignable or transferable, or shall authorize any other business than is therein mentioned, or any other person than is therein named to do business, without the permission of the City Auditor thereon endorsed.
