727.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(b) Whoever violates Section 727.06 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
