565.99 PENALTY.

(a) Any person, or his agent, violating the provisions of Section 565.02(a) or (b) is guilty of minor misdemeanor. For a subsequent offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

(b) Whoever violates Section 565.06 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
