561.04 CURFEW HOURS.
   (a)   Definitions. As used in this section, the following definitions shall apply:
      (1)   "City parks and playgrounds" mean the following: Marsh Park, Northwoods Park, Burwood Park, Tower Park, Hunter Park, Upper and Lower Millcrest Park, Dorl Field, Waterworks Park, Fenwick Park, Victory Park and Lindner Park and/or any other areas designated by the City as a public park or playground.
      (2)   "Person" shall include any individual, corporation, partnership or association.
      (3)   "Summer" season shall be in effect from March 2 to October 31.
       (4)   "Sunrise" and "sunset" shall mean the time designated by the National Weather Service as sunrise and sunset, respectively, on a given day.
      (5)   "Winter" hours shall be in effect from November 1 to March 1.
   (b)   During summer hours, no person shall be permitted to be in Upper and Lower Millcrest Park and Waterworks Park between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. During the winter hours, no person shall be permitted to be in Upper and Lower Millcrest Park and Waterworks Park from sunset to sunrise.
   (c)   During summer hours, no person shall be permitted to be in Fenwick Park between sunset and sunrise, unless the person is part of a group that has obtained a permit for use of the Shelter House in which case the group is permitted to remain in the park during the time stated on the permit. During winter hours, no person shall be in Fenwick Park between sunset and sunrise.
   (d)   Regardless of time of year, no person shall be permitted to be in Marsh Park, Northwoods Park, Burwood Park, Tower Park, Hunter Park, Dorl Field, Victory Park and Lindner Park between sunset and sunrise.
   (e)   The Mayor is hereby directed to amend the payout fine schedule to include this offense and set the payout fine for violation thereof at twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
