(a) Whoever violates Section 547.06(a) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than twenty dollars ($20.00) per day of absence of such child. Each day that a violation continues to exist after notice has been given as provided in this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense.
(b) Whoever violates Section 547.06(b) is guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor and shall be imprisoned not less than ten nor more then thirty days and fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
