541.09 SURRENDER OF BASEBALL DIAMONDS TO PERMIT HOLDERS.

(a) No person shall willfully refuse to surrender the use of a baseball diamond in a public park of the City to any person possessing a permit for the use of the baseball diamond duly signed by the proper official of the Recreation Commission.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
