537.19 IMPROPER USE OF LASER BEAMS.
   (a)   No person shall knowingly and without privilege to do so, point, direct, aim or shine a laser beam from a laser pointer, laser pen, flashlight or some other similar device into the eye(s) of another person.
   (b)   No person shall knowingly and without privilege to do so, point, direct, aim or shine a laser beam from a laser pointer, laser gun, flashlight or some other similar device at another person or animal in such a way as to harass or harm said person or animal.
   (c)   Whoever violates any part of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (Ord. 13-2010. Passed 3-23-10.)
